Years of Great Service We have been calling on Total Air and Heat since 1999 and I have never been anything but completely happy with their service. I called them first because our usual A/C service had a 2 week back log, when I had a thermostat problem. I called Total and not only did they come out SAME DAY, they were able to fit me with a more reliable, less expensive thermostat that day. Good Customer Service We called on Total Air and Heat when our AC went out during a very hot part of the summer. Of course it went out on a Friday night! They worked with us to schedule a quick Saturday appointment, even calling to fit us in earlier than we were initially scheduled. They fixed the problem quickly with a temporary fix so we were cool immediately and came out promptly the following week with the ordered part to make a permanent fix. Best A/C in the DFW Metroplex I worked with Jeff C from Total Air and Heat and they did an incredible job in replacing both our inside and outside systems at our house. The service was spot on. The team came in and resolved some lingering problems with our old system and now we have a top of the line and efficient system. From Sales, Service to Installation we could not be any happier with this company.
No Problems with this company We purchased two new Trane high efficiency air conditioning and heating unit about three years ago. The installation was timely and well done. The units have performed better than any air conditioning system we have ever owned. Twice a year they have performed a maintenance check. Although no problems have been found the technicians have indicated that the warranties would be honored.We would recommend this company to anyone who plans to upgrade to a high efficiency air conditioning unit.
Mistake after mistake I had Total Air and Heat install a new Trane a/c unit for $3,046 and it wasn't installed correctly which resulted in damage to the unit. They came out and fixed the problem. Then they came out for preventative maintenance and apparently the installers forgot to install an expansion valve that I paid for ($400) and as a result my system is not working properly. Total Air Rocks I've been using Total Air and Heat for the last 7 years and wouldn't dream of having anyone else touch our AC/Heat system. Their techs take the time to *thoroughly* go over your existing system and really listen to what you have to say. The maintenance plan has been a life saver (literally) for us.
