Fast, efficient, friendly! They listened carefully, provided treatment, thoroughly explained everything and gave me ample opportunities to ask questions. Also, they explained charges up front.
I wish more Urgent Care offices were this thorough! I love the one stop shop aspect of their treatment! Not to mention that they have great care providers, Dr's, EMT's and PA's that want to help you get the best care. I will ALWAYS use them if I can't get into my primary dr's office
I have been having severe pain in my legs.i walked in to the Ellisville location, The lady at the desk saw i was having some trouble walking and she brought over a wheelchair for me. She said there was no reason for me to have to walk with so much pain when i could ride. Also after i was seen and released i had to wait for a ride due to i couldn’t drive my van back home. So they allowed me to stay in the wheelchair for as long as i needed and was able to watch tv in the lobby until my ride showed up. Very friendly staff.
Went in feeling terrible. Seen immediately. Courteous staff. Walked out feeling 90% better! Thank you!
Visited Total Access Urgent Care in Ballwin yesterday 4/8/18 and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly (especially the tech Kristy), and everyone I interacted with took the time to talk with me and figure out my concerns (versus trying to rush me out the door like so many other prompt cares). Definitely recommend coming here and will be back if I get sick again.
Service was very prompt and very careful took care of all my needs quickly and thoroughly communicate very well doctors awesome
I was traveling and had an upper respiratory infection. Was treated and began to feel better very quickly. The intake and medical staff were very attentive and friendly. Doing much better today and had much better sleep last night.
