Very professional, quick, and competent. Less hassle than going to see a physician and waiting to be seen and then sent to another department for xrays and labs. It was all done right there and quickly.
After several visits to my primary care doctor, being sick for four weeks and coughing my head off, I went to Total Access Urgent Care. I was able to make an appointment on line and when I walked in the door I was seen immediately. They listened and ran tests to find out what I truly have going on. I walked out in less than an hour. They were kind and attentive and provided treatment rather than sending me home and telling me to wait to feel better. They are not only professional at this location. They are also very personable. As someone who works with the public and takes pride in guest services I commend them for this. As it wasn't just one or two employees! The entire location gives you this vibe the moment you walk through the doors.
Came in with an ear issue. The staff was friendly and fast. Great service.
I’ve been here a few times, most recently this week. Every time I’ve just walked in, been seen in minutes, had all my questions answered professionally and been out the door, scripts in hand in under an hour. Couldn’t be more satisfied.
