The absolute best facility I've ever visited. The staff was thorough, extreme nice, very caring and genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I was ok. Very fast visit, very clean office, I will be back for any future issues. Every person who worked there seems like a friend that cares about you. One of the best experiences I've had with dealing with an injury.
Two weeks ago I went to a different location and while I was seen fast I wasn’t totally happy with the visit. They sent me home pretty much telling me they don’t see anything wrong and they didn’t really listen to me. Two weeks later I walked into the Ellisville location and it was so different. Was seen immediately, they listened and they prescribed the perfect medication that made a difference as fast as a few hours later. They seemed to truly care about me. Thank you!
Was able to walk in and be seen right away. After x-ray confirmed pneumonia and flu swab confirmed influenza B, I was given a steroid injection, breathing treatment and prescriptions all in less than one hour!
I had an appointment with Walgreens clinic and still waited over an hour to be seen only to be told they think I should go to Urgent Care. I decided to try TAUC and was glad I did. I was in a room and tested for the flu and had my vitals taken within the first 10 minutes there. I came in with constant vomiting and body aches. Although I had to wait a while (it was busy), the wait was well worth it. They hooked me up to fluids and flushed some anti-nausea medicine through and had me feeling better in no time. The staff was very caring and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this place again!
From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and understanding, even in the middle of this very busy flu season. Everything was very clean, efficient, and transparent (no surprise $200 bill later). I feel like they were thorough, and they caught a diagnosis far from what I arrived thinking it was. It’s great to know that TAUC is there, when I cannot get an appointment with my primary doctor.
So many problems arise now "after hours". Even insurance is telling us we aren't allowed to use the ER unless it's a TRUE life or death emergency. Total Access Urgent Care has always been a great place to go for little emergencies. The staff at our Ellisville location are nice and see you as quickly as they can. The follow up you get from the office is great! Our primary doctor never follows up on us, but Total Access Urgent Care does! Great customer service and care!
