I brought my 4 year old autistic son into Total Access on Christmas Eve. The staff and the doctor couldn't have been nicer and more patient with him. It's always hard with a non-verbal child but they made the experience go smoothly and he's now in the mend. Thank you so much!
Immediately got waited on. People were very nice and professional and I got diagnosed and my prescriptions called in to my pharmacy and picked up and home within an hour and a half.
Got right in & everyone was very nice & professional! Dr. Osborn addressed my concerns & explained everything thoroughly. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy without a problem. Overall, a very good experience!

I have had excellent experiences every time that I have needed to use any of the facilities. All doctors and staff are exceptional. I comment every time that I wish they could be my primary doctor. They are not only compassionate to your situation but they listen to you and value your input into your own health situation. I started visiting Total Access when they first opened and will not use any other site for my emergency care.
When I arrived they took me right in and evaluated my situation immediately. The staff was very kind and efficient. I expressed my symptoms and the doctor was thorough in her exam . I was in and out with medication in my hand in about 30-40 minutes. I highly recommend Total Access Urgent Care!
