I walked in not feeling good at all. They got me right in. The staff was very friendly and thorough. That truly listened and cared. They had everything there in that building to run tests and do treatments. I didn’t have to leave the building for any labs or X-rays. I am great full that they took their time to figure out what was going on with me. I would recommend them to anyone.
I walked in and was immediately was filling out paper work and was back in a room in minutes. The EMT girl came in and took more info, meds, etc. She left and the doctor was in within minutes. Look at my arms and legs and saw it was a sever reaction to a medication I was taking. I was given an injection of steroids, an antibiotics and a cream. I was feeling better that night. Physician assistant Ruth was phenomenal! I went in with severe stomach pain and nausea, I was seen and given fluid and IV nausea medicine right away, I needed a ct scan done, which I did have to go to Creve couer for, in which Ruth personally called me on my cell phone and told me I needed to go in to the ER. The friendliness of everyone from the moment you walk in was incredible and I'm not usually a fan of urgent cares.
I was feeling horrible. They made the process Quick and easy. Very friendly
Service was fast and friendly, treated my symptoms and diagnosis accurate. Filled my prescriptions right there saving me an extra stop as all I wanted was to go home!! Pneumonia no fun!! I will definitely use this Urgent Care again if the need arises.
I have been to a few Total Access Urgent Care facilities. The staff is always very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.
