Had to stop there on my way to a friend's party. Had three kids with me and was worried how the visit would go. The visit was thorough without long wait. And the staff was so understanding, friendly and helpful with the kids so I could be treated. Great experience all around! Thank you!

In town on business and got sick. The staff at Total Access were polite, friendly, and concerned. Made my appointment online so when I showed up is was a quick process. In and out in less than an hour.

I love this place. The staff was very professional and the greet you when you 1st walk through the doors. Did I mention it was also very clean. They also give you your meds right on site. Did not have to drive to a pharmacy and wait in line. It was a quick in and out. I recommend this place to family and friends.

Ive been to two Total Access this wk, one in Bridgeton and one at 44 and Hampton. Both were very accommodating, people are friendly and i was in and out fairly quickly. The people are amazing. I wanted to return to the Bridgeton office because i especially liked the doctor i had there but since i live in the city the Hampton location was closer. My first visit to this facility was yesterday. I was lucky that there was no one else there so the visit from start to finish was about 20 minutes. As a new patient I had to complete paperwork but it was brief but to the point. I was escorted to a treatment room by a friendly woman who was at the front desk and was seen within a couple minutes by a gentleman who was a paramedic. I was so surprised to know we have such a medical facility. Everyone was so professional and comforting. Even though this was my first trip to urgent care, I felt as though I was a regular patient of theirs. There was no waiting and prompt with a diagnosis. I don't know who came up with this idea but cudos who care so much. Thank you for your concerned and valuable service.

I took my 91 year old Mom here last Friday. We got in an out in just a little over an hour. They confirmed what we already knew, but gave her some answers as to why she was having this severe pain and answers about one issue we didn't even bring up! I would highly recommend them.

They were fantastic, friendly and professional. We were in and out in a hour. He was treated with a shot and given 2 prescriptions and we were out of there in no time at all . 2 weeks ago we went to a Urgent care on Graham rd for the exact same thing and we were there for 6 hours and he was not given anything for the pain and was sent home with no meds. Basically they did nothing for him, just took our money. We will attend Total Access from now on. Thank you all for great service.
