The team worked together to quickly diagnose my health issue and got me out the door in less than an hour with medication and in time for me to catch my flight out of town for work. I highly recommend Total Access Urgent Care.
These guys were great. I went in for the worst migraine I've ever had. I wasn't sure if they'd take my insurance, they quickly told me they could, barely filled out the paperwork and they showed me back to my room. The tech was especially friendly and the doctor quickly assessed me. They got me out of pain as fast as they could. I'm impressed! I didn't use the tv because of my headache, but your comfort is forefront in their mind. Good genuine care and cheaper than the ER and open on the weekends!!

Great, attentive staff. A wonderful physician diagnosed and attended to my injury.
2 recent visits. Both were fast, amazing and spot on diagnosis. The place is clean with a very friendly staff who truly care about the patients. They explain your discharge papers and scripts with pinpoint accuracy. Much faster and way cheaper than the ER for the little things. They have xrays and can even give breathing treatments and other meds to make you feel better. I high recommend them to anyone.

Total Access Urgent Care really exceeded my expectations. Very friendly atmosphere and prompt. Also the medicine started working instantly. The visit was not expensive. I’m a Bridgeton resident and I’m so glad to have a free standing Urgent Care, easy access, Total Access was right on point.
Total Access on Charles Rock Road is totally amazing. It’s clean, staff are friendly, knowledgeable, so helpful, and treat you like a real person, not a number. I love their compassionate spirit and the way they serve you with such a genuine, caring attitude.
