I am a frequent returning patient to Total Access Urgent Care on Tesson Ferry, and I have never had a bad experience. My latest visit was no different. I had a bit longer of a wait than usual, but nothing extreme and I was in and out with a diagnosis and prescription in about an hour. So grateful that they are close to where I live!

The staff is very nice and pleasant. I am very happy with the care we received . I was also very grateful that we could get our Rx while we were there.
I’ve been to TAUC a handful of times now. The care is always efficient & team oriented. I’ve never been in the waiting room more than 10 minutes. The EMT’s and MD’s are effective and direct. I also appreciate the in-house pharmacy for more accessible access to medications to not delay care. Great work to everyone at the Tesson Ferry TAUC! Thanks for consistent, quality care!

Total Access Urgent Care has it going on! Unfortunately the flu has struck me but they provided quick, skillful service and I left with Tamiflu and Cough suppressant in hand.
I came in half an hour before close and half expected to be turned away but was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted with friendly smiles. I was treated quickly and kindly. I was in and out with everything I needed to start heeling. Thank you to the staff of Total Access Urgent Care.
