There were 10 people ahead of me but the line moved fast so I didn’t have to wait too long. The staff were very polite and helpful.
We went to the TAUC in South County in March of 2019. We gave our insurance information during the visit and we're not presented a bill for any balance owed. Fast forward to September 2020. I received a Collection of Delinquent Account notice in the mail. When I called and spoke with the billing department I was told I should have received a bill in the mail, an email and a text message. Everyone was very kind and caring, even coming into your room to see if you were ok and letting you know how many patients were ahead of you, before you would see the Dr.
Very nice people and efficient with a very clean office!
