I don't normally do this, but the "bedside manner" of one of the staff members was the worst I've ever encountered. From start to finish she was rude and disrespectful. One of the techs was struggling to get the IV in me and I grew nauseous and vomited in the trashcan. I figured it would be better than the floor obviously. She came in and condescendingly remarked "here at Urgent Care we have bins for that sort of thing." She then insinuated I came in to Urgent Care for a "mancold." Turns out it was Influenza B. Every time I have had to visit a urgent care I have always been treated very well.
I’ve been 2x in the past 2 weeks. The treatment given the first time I went helped, but my symptoms kept getting worse. When I went back they listened and were thorough and tried a different approach. Thanks to the team here I was able to get a full nights/pain free sleep for the first time in 2 weeks. It’s a wonderful, professional, friendly place. Convenient when your doc can’t get you in quickly.

Woke up with a swollen big toe from a ingrown toenail & could barely walk. Was worried they wouldn’t take care of that kind of thing and make me schedule with a podiatrist which can take time to get an appointment. But Dr. Mollie Spire DO, took care of me. Her shots were barely felt and bedside manner was excellent. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend TAUC & Dr. Mollie Spire DO
