Everyone was very professional caring and kind. Getting to the bottom of what was wrong was number 1 priority.
I was sick and miserable the entire weekend of this snowstorm with no access to a doctor. I scheduled an appointment with TAC for my lunch break the next day, fully aware that it could go over. They had me in and out in less than an hour and had my prescription called into my pharmacist, who had it ready for me to pick up on my way home. They were kind, comforting, and while they were pretty sure I didn’t have the flu or strep throat, still ran the tests to confirm. This is one of the best urgent cares that I’ve been to.
I am grateful for this particular urgent care because they are very efficient. I did a walk in and I was treated with a lot of care. I felt relieved because everyone showed compassion and listened to my needs and attended to them and within a short while i was treated and discharged. I also enjoyed the phone follow up. Thank YOU STAFF at TOTAL ACCESS URGENT CARE. I appreciate your service.
Somebody had no wait yesterday? Because I just waited an hour and a half - and finally left to go back to work without being treated! I do NOT recommend!

I would highly recommend Total Access, they are kind and considerate of how you feel and always pinpoint the problem. Great place when your not feeling well!!!!
Made an appointment from my phone, showed up at 8:00, walked out 30 minutes later with prescriptions already filled. All the staff were GREAT. I felt listened to and taken care of. I’m very happy with the level of care and how I was treated.
