Turned a painful day into a less painful day. From the min I waked in the door till I walked out, I felt like I was 100% taken care of. Staff was excellent, well trained and knowledgeable. I hope to never have to go back in the best of ways. But if I ever have urgent health problem again, I will not think twice on where I will go. Refer to everyone! Thank you!
I just moved to St. Louis two weeks ago and do not have a primary care physician established yet. I arrived at 7:55 AM, received excellent efficient care, and was on my way with my prescription at 8:25 AM. Great experience! I wish all medical offices worked this efficiently.

They get you in quick and they are very very good at what they do and can do anything an ER can. They can even fill prescriptions.
The nurses and doctors are very knowledgeable and have great bedside manner. Always ask what the full cost of your visit/any procedures will be before you agree to get anything done, so you can compare it to your EOB from your insurance company and final bill from TAUC. If there are any discrepancies, give them a call immediately and they will do what they can to quickly rectify the problem. If you have Blue Cross, I wouldn't recommend going here, as I have had two bill discrepancies, which Total Access said was to blame on ... read more
