With living in St. Louis my entire life the weird weather was messing with my allergies and sinuses. Dr. Nelson was awesome and got me fixed up right away.
I needed stitches for a kitchen knife slip up and my doctor's trauma nurse suggested I use Total Access Urgent Care. The Olive location is close to my house. For needing stitches, this was a very peasant experience. I was treated promptly and with kindness and concern. All practitioners were personable and gave attention to my ease and comfort. Someone called me at home to check up on my progress three days later, too! I recommend this Total Access Urgent Care to anyone living in St. Louis.
Everyone was so nice. Just got a flu shot. In and out. No waiting.
One stop shop. Came in and saw the doctor immediately. Was able to have a chest x-ray there. Received a nebulizer treatment. Could've gotten my meds there too. Whole process took less than a hour
Awesome facility! very quick and easy! I had x-rays taken on site and my prescription was filled and in my hands before I left the facility.
Both times I have visited, have found staff friendly and professional.
They were doing everything to solve my issue. Recommend to everyone.
