Had an excellent experience, They went aboveand beyond the call of duty
Walked in, they took my daughter right back, took an xray and got her diagnosed and stented up her broken finger in all about 20mins. Every single staff member was excellent from the front desk to the doctor! Amazing place!
While in STL for work I had a horrible allergic reaction but was referred to Total Access and am so glad. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and sympathetic to my issues. I will defiantly return to a Total Access. Thanks to you all!
I went in with a pretty bad bladder infection, My Fiancé and i were the only 2 people in the building, i went back and he stayed in the waiting room. Took at least 40 minutes to just get me my antibiotics. Then when i walked out my fiancé told me the im assuming nurse that i seen walked out and was talking to the front desk lady and told her that "Her PeePee hurt" when he told me that i was humiliated and very upset. I will not be going back to this location.
Poor Urgent Care has taken care of me and I keep coming back for more no nothing bad I their steroid shots for your back or great they were nice to me they treat Me nice remember we're just waiting for July 1st thank you guys for understanding my no insurance situation so the first time July 1 appts with specialty md they were very nice I'm in bed can turn all I want. I felt really really bad and I would recommend anybody go to any of thier places are Center thank you guys at Urgent Care
I was bitten by a spider 5 weeks ago and the "bite" wasn't going away. I had not been to an urgent care in many years, and this one is so close (half mile), so I popped in. I was home in less than an hour. No waiting at all, and the doctor, Troy, was very knowledgable about spider bites, etc with very practical advice and options. I highly recommend them!
Great nurses, doctors, tech's, etc. Everyone is friendly and efficient at their jobs. The wait wasn't long at all and they were able to help with the issue I had very quickly. Great place to go
