We have been going to TAUC for many year. I/We have not had any bad experiences there. We have recommended their clinics to family & friends. If you haven’t tried them give them a chance.
I love Total Access. As a mother of four young children, there isn't really a such thing as a true "sick day" - I have to be at least minimally functional. I have been in for stomach flu and bronchitis, and I have always left feeling much more comfortable and on my way back to health (they do everything - fluids, breathing treatments, flu tests, etc). The staff is efficient, caring, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Total Access.
Such wonderful people and thorough efficient healthcare. Came in because of cold ,congestion ,fever, sore throat, difficulty breathing..Was quickly made comfortable and received diagnostic tests, type b flu, and I had my flu shot last month. In office treatments were done ,my prescriptions filled and i was on my way home to bed. Discharge was quick and easy . Instructions were clear. My second trip here last time it was a broken toe and service then was just as good.
If I could leave 100 stars, I would. I rarely write reviews like this, but I feel compelled to because my experience with TAUC in Creve Coeur was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so courteous and communicated every step of the way with me. And I mean EVERYONE, from the woman that helped at check-in and did my X-rays, to the nurses, to and Dr. Dowers. Great people and great care
Caring staff, awesome services.
No wait, got me in and out quickly and appropriately, did a thorough work up and called the next day to check on me. They did an ekg, chest X-ray, labwork, IV and meds all right there. Highly recommend!
