Customer service is excellent! Quality of work is excellent! I had my brakes done on my Lexus and I heard some squeaking. I called Tom and brought my car right in. They also provided me with a rental car at no charge. They were able to clear up the squeaking sound. I really appreciate TOS going out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. That they're friendly, trustworthy and do great work. The waiting area is comfortable too! I like the coffee/tea machine. Yum!
Go there they are awesome. They have always fixed things right and have looked at my car without charging to be kind
I would tell them to go to this shop. They did an excellent job on my Toyota and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of.

Do Quality Work for an Affordable Price. The Owner, Mark, is Onsite & In the Game (not distant). I like that in a business. Tom has a dry sense of humor, which is good considering the possible stress we're having dealing with our broken down vehicles.
I believe that the service at TOS is equal to are better than the dealers service at almost half the price.
