I would tell anybody what good work TOS does and recommend they make an appointment.
I'd say that I was getting tired of a rather careless job that was being done by the dealer and that's why I switched to TOS. I've only had one maintenance item done so far, but so far, so good.
From my limited exposure, I was impressed.
I am certain you receive excellent service at fair price, and both would be better than the dealer would provide, as based on my past experiences with TOS.
..to take a Toyota vehicle for both repair and maintenance. They are worth the drive out of my way for the quality service and caring about the vehicle owner.

I have stayed with TOS for 2 vehicles since a few years ago without any negative issues - TOS has done me right. Great service - I have no reason to try somewhere else.
They will find and fix the problem and will save you money...
