Tortugas has the best Mexican food in the area. We first learned of this restaurant when we moved to eastern PA about 10 years ago. It was excellent then and it still is. The portions are generous and the quality superb.
Worst restaurant experience ever! Slow/bad service. Bland food. Sick daughter with food poisoning. Significantly overpriced! . Two times in one, first and last!
Food is always good and love the salsa wish l was closer
First time I was there was on Saturday January 24th with a bunch of my girlfriends.... The food was delicious and the margaritas were awesome.... Thanks Tortuga's!!!
