Bland flavorless food. Mediocre service at best. I'd give it less if I could.
I'd rather hang myself than enter a restaurant that can't afford lemons and apparently is fine with health code violations
I have always enjoyed Tortilla Factory and thought the food was great. After seeing how they reacted to an upset customer online I am shocked anyone could have such poor customer service and make their business look so bad. There are always going to be people that have an issue with your business but the way you handle it says a lot about the business itself. By the way they reacted online it doesn't seem like they care about their customers....
Use to love this place but after seeing part owner Brittney trashing customers, cursing, and being outrageously rude in a post on Facebook I won’t return and neither will my friends or family. Customer service is everything when you are a family owned business and when customers have many other choices of establishments to eat at.
Unprofessional, what could have been handled with a sincere apology was handled by a mouthy manager for all of Cheyenne to see.
