Excellent food and service when I've been there!!
Another Cheyenne restaurant going downhill. Used to be pretty good. Last two times food sucked, not that it matters but thats my review. Better food at the drive thrus anymore.
Been going to Tortilla Factory for years but today it was very slow, skimpy on salsa and tortilla chips. Meals weren't as good as in past. Don't know what happened but this resturant went downhill and lost us as customers.
No lemons for our tea. Never heard of that before. 1 small slice of lime costs a buck. REALLY never heard of that before. Tortilla chips cold and stale. Food was "meh" at best. This place used to be awesome, used to be our favorite place to eat in Cheyenne. Sadly, it's really gone down hill. You can always look at one reason: Management. When management doesn't care, then customers stop coming. Just lost us today.
