My furrito had way too much hair spray on it. What kind of a circus are you people running, here?!
Always thought about eating here but after the unprofessional comments on a recent post from people who work here I will never think about spending my money here.
Horrible service every time. All staff show a huge lack of interest to all guests and the food is only okay. I’m as white as they come and my Mexican food is more authentic than theirs. Only thing I’d even consider ordering is the green chili but after Brittany went online bad mouthing some guy because he didn’t want to pay for the dinner he found a hair in, I will never be back! Way to manage a business in a small town!
South Greeley HWY location appears nice. Good space between tables inside. The food is alright, but the staff... Definitely need some more professionalism training. I understand people have bad days, but leave it at home. There is no excuse to be rude towards customers that brought YOUR mistake to your attention. Hairs in food, terrible service. When reviewed online the owners Wife defended them basically calling people liars. DON’T EAT HERE AT ALL!!!!! Nastyyyhh
Poor management. Very bitter towards customers. Gloats about being part of the family that owns it and states she doesn't care if people come back. Also, I miss the original tortilla factory from when I was a kid. This is now like any typical Mexican restaurant... Just as you'd expect in Wyoming (lol) not authentic. The food is tasty and the service was good. I support my local tamale joint! (Also way to stand up to an asshole of a customer!)
