Worst experience ever. Making payments on a vehicle we haven't even taking delivery of yet due to the inability for them to make a few small necessary repairs. Go to Marchese in NY instead.
Ford has been fantastic the past couple of months dealing with problem after problem I've had with my (pre-owned) Focus. Good service department, even better sales department. Been so happy with their service the past couple of weeks that I even got on Facebook to leave a positive review about it.
Took three weeks and they tried to give us the wrong car.
