Dr. Nathan Au and the entire staff at the Torrance Vision Center are wonderfully friendly, personable, and helpful. It is evident that customer service is a priority. Dr. Au was very patient and explained everything thoroughly during my eye exam. He answered all of my questions and concerns in a very professional manner. Great family practice! I have been seeing Dr. Au for my eyecare for several years and he is always professional, courteous and prompt with service. He is great with children too!
Dr. Au is a very good optometrist who is very thorough on his examinations. The office has many different variety of eyeglass frames, but on that very visit, I was interested in contact lenses. Although he had many choices of lenses to fit me in, he seemed to know exactly what brand and type to put me on immediately on the get-go. I love my 1-Day contact lenses and I'm extremely surprised he was able to get it right on the first try. Will definitely be returning here for many more years to come.
Dr. Au is extremely friendly, personable and professional. He explained everything going on with my eyes in simple terms. He made me feel very comfortable about the process and every test he was performing. Dr. Au changed my contact lenses to a newer technology material that is making my eyes feel so much better. Office is exceptionally clean and huge selection of frames and sunglasses. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Loved my experience and highly recommend Torrance Vision Center.
