Love this office, the staff and Dr. Lana! She is great with our kids and very caring.
Horrible experience, I went with my daughter for a routine visit, we got there a half hour early since we had new insurance and wanted to make sure there were no issues, there were no issues but we waited, and waited, after finally 25 minutes I approached the desk and asked what the delay was, immediately we were shown in (not sure why then we had to wait), when I asked the nurse how much longer it would be she said she did not know and it could be a while longer and most annoyingly she wasn't at all apologetic and actually ... read more
