Made an appointment over three months in advance. I’ve been having some issues that I need to talk to a doctor about and was willing to wait the three months. Arrive at appointment only to tell me they cancelled it. I had no knowledge of this. They claimed I had responded to a cancellation text but how is that possible when the message was never received? The doctor I see is excellent and provides great care. Unfortunately, the administrative and scheduling side of the office is very frustrating. Voicemails often go unanswered, and I once didn’t receive a call back on an urgent matter. I’ve also been left on hold and forgotten after calling to check availability. Communication definitely needs improvement.
