Rudest staff I have ever met Doctor was OK in treatment provided but he wasn't really into actually discussing things with patient. Mostly telling. Incredibly rude and difficult staff. Hard to schedule appointments and harder to change them. Long wait times at office. Really not a good situation for people with cancer and going through chemo.
Cancer Care very caring I have had nothing but good experiences with Cancer Care from their doctors to the nurses to the office staff. They made a most difficult time easier. And as far as the appointment message desk, I have found if I leave a message it is returned that day.
Unprofessional office The doctors are great; however, phone calls to the office are never answered. Many times, I have left multiple voicemail messages during business hours and have not received a return phone call. I have had to go into the office to make appointments in person, to inquire about a prescription, or even just to ask a simple question. Very unprofessional office staff and/or procedures.
