I had a terrible experience at this place. I scheduled for an echocardiogram on 9/20/2025. This tech, Ricardo was already 15 minutes late for my appointment that was scheduled at 7 AM. He had an attitude and was very rude. He asked me all these questions as if he is a doctor. He had attitude from the beginning. He was very rude and then he grabbed my arm.
