Honestly one of the worst customer services for a primary physician. The front desk is always so rude like they don't want your business. The doctors are always fully booked so they try to get you to see a nurse practitioner instead, and they don't honor the appointments you made with the doctor. If you don't want the nurse practitioner instead, they cancel your appointment. Worst facility ever. Sign up with a primary physician in another place.
I took my mother into the ED last night and I have to give kudos to all the professionals. The from the registration clerk to the nurses, the doctor everyone. As far as ED visits go, we were extremely impressed with our visit. Thank you!
Excellent Hospital
I delivered my baby at TMMC who was preterm at 28 weeks gestation as a first time mom. All of the nursing staff and drs from Labor and Delivery, to Mother Baby, to the NICU were all knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I felt supported and informed throughout mine and my daughter's care.
First off the food, they only allow your wife to order one item per meal. Doesnt matter if your hungry they must have restrictions with insurance. Second their food room for the families is literally apple juice and 3 year old graham crackers and saltines. They got rid of valet parking so what was an awesome amenity is now gone. This hospital is really choosing profit over the guest experience.
