I didn’t know what to expect even though I did my research. I talked to one other facility but this one was a lot more responsive and clear about the process. Someone was always available to answer question and guide me through the process.
I was very skeptical going in to have my original surgery revised, but to be honest - everything went perfectly. From the person I first interacted with over the phone, to my virtual consultation, to going into the office for my pre-surgery procedure - I was met with the absolute best in customer service. The day of my surgery, everything was explained before it happened, and Katie was there for any questions I had. If you are considering having a procedure done here, I would 100% recommend doing it.
The staff are wonderful! Very helpful and attentive! Dr.Cohen was the best! Overall experience was excellent!
So when you call everyone is kind trying make stuff happen THAN when you walk in you find out everyone is actually very nice the place is almost like in movies how pretty it is the surgeon was very patient with all my questions and whenever I have questions I just call and ask no issues no shallow breaths just pure kindness I DO RECOMMEND
It was a wonderful experience from the get go!! Staff listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had!
