Just got back from the Oakville Clinic. My first appointment. Very good experience. All the staff were kind and helpful. The two ladies at reception were juggling phone calls and patients and handled it all with kindness and patience.
The wait is a joke. They seem to overbook and in my opinion it seems to be a waste of time. I bring my 90 year old mother and have to wait over 90 minutes through their process, with no real results at all, they just bill the government for all these visits every 6 weeks.
I give them a five. I have been coming here for almost 2 years now. I used to go to Oakville Trafalgar and waiting time was never any less than 5 hours. Here at TRI I’m in and out within 1/2 hour. The Dr is excellent. My only problem is I can’t pronounce her name. 😁
