Staff is friendly and product is beautiful but beware of out of state shipping. I just ordered for the first time and they were supposed to call me with the complete total before shipping the flowers out. No one called and the flowers showed up with the receipt. I ordered $85 in flowers and was charged $95 for packing and shipping for a total of $180. I called and they basically said that's just the way it is. Although the quality is nice, that shipping is unjustified and the communication was lacking.
