Cool industrial vibe with awesome food. Inside or outside dining. Must try the pimento cheese balls... so so good. Perfect amount of heat from jalapeños, served hot with dipping sauce. Delish. We had burgers too... both were huge, perfectly cooked, and had a great flavor. We will be back.

Great place. Luckily, Torch was able to fit us in for an office holiday party and we were very impressed. Excellent service, food, ambiance, and cold drinks! I’d be more than thrilled to bring our group back to this bistro for another night out in Norfolk! Everyone was very impressed!

We've been here a few times and always love it. The food is great, burgers are on point, and the sweet potato fries are phenomenal. We always bring our Great Dane with us and he enjoys it just as much. It's a great little place to hang with friends and play some corn hole.
The food was great atmosphere was great,a nice place to go. Was not happy when I paid my check I give the waitress a 100.00 dollar bill and she give me change from a fifty. Yes she knew what she was doing. �����
