I really appreciated Andrew for all his advices, never pushing for more sale and he makes sure you like what you order. He is also making sure that all the details are well done too. Siding installation for original siding that completely fell off I cannot express in words the relief and complete satisfaction we experienced in working with Andrew and Torcan. Eavestrough Replacement Replaced all Eavestroughs on house as well as repaired a few flipped shingles from May wind storm. Andrew and the team did a great job. I was happy that Andrew stopped by to explain the job in detail. I definitely will reach out to Torcan Group in the future for other jobs.

New roof and downspout Andrew provided prompt responses, and was very accomodating to all of the questions that I had about replacing the roof on my townhouse. Pricing was competitive, and the quality of work was excellent (6 nails per shingle, and a thorough cleanup). My advice to anyone who is replacing their roof is to invest in quality products (Owens Corning duration in my case), and to ensure that they are installed correctly by a *reputable* company. In your case you have a 3 story townhome and its very important to use the best shingle on the market (Owens corning duration) and use the correct nailing pattern to ensure that they will not fly off in a few years due to extreme wind. Roof work (custom metal flashing installation) Andrew and his partner met with me to find a solution to prevent water damage on the top face of my front porch patio. They suggested metal flashing which Andrew custom made and it provided a beautiful trim that is not only functional but looks lovely. eaves trough replacement When I spoke to Andrew he was very professional and listened to my concerns and then explained in detail how he could help. He did a walk around the house and reviewed the entire eaves trough. He communicated when the job would be done and completed as agreed upon. I was pleased with the overall performance of Andrew and his team and would not hesitate to contact them again.
