Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable

Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

Yes, they examined my teeth thoroughly Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? No, it didn't taste good at all Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
