every time i go to this office, it smells of dirty diapers. i don't let me kids play with the toys there because they don't look like they're ever sanitized. i've had varied experience with the DAs. One was very friendly and the others were very short and borderline rude. i took mt daughter in for a check up and was told that she neede a crown and if i wanted her to have anything besides a local anesthetic, i had to pay an extra fee. at the following visit, i was told she neede a crown and the next thing i knew, they were ja... read more
This was a terrible experience. It's hard enough to find a pediatric dentist in the area with any openings, but I see why these guys were able to get me in the same week--I can't imagine anyone actually going back a second time! Here's what happened: When I spoke with the secretary on the phone to make the appointment, I felt like this would be a good choice.
