We just replaced out metal and particle flat roof with Ronald and the team at Top Seal. They did a great job. They started when they said, cleaned up everyday, and addressed all of our areas of concern without issue. I would definitely recommend Top Seal.
Exceptional service. Key factors for rating: large number of workers all well trained and organized. Several other roof companies were working in neighborhood at the time with very few employees on site. Never had issues with nails on the ground, cleanliness was always impeccable, knowledgeable professionals in leadership roles to address questions or concerns.
