Kind of upset. Just got my nails done and they are pretty bad, my fault for not paying attention but I did spend $22 for someone who is a professional to do my nails like they just learned. Coming in tomorrow to talk to the manager about it.
Today was my first visit to Top Q Nails and Sandy did my nails. She took her time and did an amazing job!! Love them!! Thanks Sandy
Clean, friendly, great place. I've tried many.. And I mean many! nail salons in the area and this is the only one I'll go to now. Courteous staff who take the time to make sure things are done right and to your satisfaction. Clean salon, tools, equipment. And they work smart.. Not fast to just get done and on to next customer. Have even stayed open late to ensure I got all the services I wanted. And this is all the way up for the management staff! Great place... Highly recommended!
I don't even think this is worth 1 star, I HIGHLY don't recommend this place. I got a pedicure and shellac mani last Wednesday... By Friday my shellac was all peeled off and my toes are completely chipped!!! Usually my shellac lasts about two weeks (like they are suppose too) and my toes over months!! I think I was ripped off and will never spend my money there again! EVER!!!!!!!!
Awful will never go back! Don't waste your money!
