Great coatumer service and they did a wonderful job on my toes and my niece's toes. I will not go anywhere else! HIGHLY recommended!! �
Walk ins welcome, but they will be rushed. I asked for no trimming, filed away half my nail and left very uneven. After filing, he started to open the polish. I asked about the manicure, he answered you have to say you want cuticle cream.my reply, I asked for a manicure. This was our 3rd visit,, 1st visit was wonderful, but the customer service has gone down hill since. Very disappointing.
My friends and I went in the other night and the guy who did my nails was very unfriendly. I showed him a picture of the shape of nails I wanted (coffin style) and he charged me $5 extra because it was "hard" even though my friend got the same thing from another lady and it was still regular price. He also didn't listen when I asked for my nails to be shorter. Everyone else was nice, but my service was disappointing.
So my husband bought a gift certificate for me. I realized that it had an expiration date but tried to see if they would honor it after the date. My fault, I know, but most people still give the service because they want to have returning customers. I will never step foot in there again!
Asked for a royal manicure. Got charged more for a lacquer polish manicure. Not what I wanted when I went in. I wanted the scrub and massage.... called and tried to talked to a manager and first called got laughed at, second call was hung up on, third call was told to call back tomorrow...... poor customer service and poor hyguine as he wiped his nose a couple of times during the manicure.
They did a wonderful job with my daughter. With me not so much. I asked for coffin style and the man cut them down too short an squared them off. I hate square nails. Then he said he didn't know how to do coffin style. He should've passed me off to someone who could. Never will I go back.
