They were very helpful in getting me pictures, videos, and agreeing on a price of the vehicle prior to visiting the dealer, however after driving over 1,400 miles to see the vehicle, I was disappointed that there were serveral scratches, dings, and a dash cracked that was not disclosed to me. Whether not reporting these improfections was intentional or overlooked. The imperfections were very obvious and stands out--a bumper dent was just four inches below the tailgate dent that was video to me but was ommited in the video. W... read more
