We are the sellers and our home was inspected by Luckie on April 9th. To our absolute shock and surprise Luckie notified our buyers realtor that our home tested positive for meth at a level of 8.6., well over the legal limit of 1.0. We were absolutely upset and shaken by these results as we have never done drugs in our lives and are the first owners of our home. It’s a new build. We were the sellers and when we got home after the inspection, we discovered that he had left our garage door open and both side gates to our backyard open. Half our house was packed up and stored in the garage. We could have lost so much stuff! He left all the lights on inside, and left papers on the floor. When we received a copy of the inspection report, he reported that there were missing closet doors in our basement. No, they were just open! I would never use this company for my own inspection.
Luckie and Jake did a great job. They were very thorough and responsive through the whole process. I would use their services again and recommend them to anyone.
Lucky and Jake are great. As a Realtor I use them for every transaction I can. Super honest, thorough, on time, and know their stuff! Definitely recommend.
