Absolutely amazing service. AC and all the fun associated with it is way outside my comfort zone but Ray took photos/videos and had the documentation to walk me through the repairs. No pressure whatsoever to purchase any unneeded equipment or parts. He gave me a realistic set of exceptions on when I would need to consider replacing the units. No hassles, just an honest and quality person and amazing at explaining what was happening throughout the process even amid the chaos the is my household. Highly recommend!!!
Highly recommend! Ray with Top Notch was incredibly professional, thorough & informative! He inspected my AC system from end to end, and identified & repaired multiple issues that were contributing to the problems we were experiencing. Our system is performing perfectly now! Ray was fantastic! He responded quickly when our AC stopped working and promptly ran diagnostics to identify the issue. He found that our thermostat had failed and installed a new Ecobee thermostat, along with a second temperature sensor for a room that tends to stay warmer than the rest of the house. Ray was fast, friendly, professional, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service!
