Highly recommend! Ray with Top Notch was incredibly professional, thorough & informative! He inspected my AC system from end to end, and identified & repaired multiple issues that were contributing to the problems we were experiencing. Our system is performing perfectly now! Ray was absolutely incredible! Our air went out and I called for support. He called back and helped us on the phone to sort it out. Ray stayed on the line while we navigated the attic crawl space, taking the filter out, and checking the outdoor unit. He even had us check in with him later and he continued to check up on us. It’s not often you get service like this and I’m so grateful to him and Top Notch. With 3 small children under 5 and a dog in the home, the AC is necessary. If I could give 6 ⭐️s, I would. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, explained exactly what the problem was, and fixed it quickly.
