DOOOOOOOO NOTTTTTTTT order from this company. We ordered a funeral arrangement to be delivered to a church but it was never made. When I called about it, the florist said the order was never received even though it was confirmed and the time of delivery. This was a $400 arrangement and something that big to be overlooked is unacceptable. This is not a do over event or try again, this was for a funeral. CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL MATTERS!!! I was pleasantly acquainted with this business today after searching google for a florist in the area near a funeral I was attending. When I pulled up, she was loading florals to deliver, but still greeted me and fulfilled my request for a bereavement plant. I am grateful and thankful that I found Top Notch Floral Studio on google! My husband ordered from this company for my birthday, but the delivery arrived late, after my birthday due to what they claimed were traffic issues. The flowers arrived wilted, and the chocolate box had already been opened and looked like it had melted in the sun. This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had for a special occasion. I do not recommend this business and will not be ordering from them again.it should be zero star instead of 1 star
They were so professional and kind. When I realize that I had written an error in my message, which was sensitive because it had to do with a death, they fixed it immediately, and assured me, it would be right the day of. And it was. The day of the delivery, they were very communicative, and overall amazing. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone.
