Avoid at all costs. Quoted me $2500 to remove a sink and install an overmount. Had three other contractors give me an estimate: $400, $400, and $425 respectively. If you buy a sink from Lowe's, they will install the sink for $369 flat. Restoration tried to take advantage of me.
Top line kitchen remodel estimate was too high. Went with another contractor who did an excellent job for much less. It pays to get more than one bid.
Ed and his team are awesome! I called Top Line Floor Kitchen the week I closed on my condo to see about buffing the floors. After meeting Ed at the space, I changed my mind and wanted everything refinished and stain. Despite a ridiculous timeline to complete everything before our move in date and to coordinate with our painters, they did it! We worked remotely together as business took me East.
