I have been going to get my nails done here for the last few years. This recent visit will be my last. 2 days after my gel manicure my gel polish was coming off in full chunks. By the third day all my nails were chipped off. I left to go out of town for a wedding the day after getting my nails done. I called Top Hit Nails to explain to see if I could get a refund or come back in as my nails only lasted me 2 days. Regarding your chip nails, per our policy, we will fix your nails at our cost if you show us proof of chip and also it's within 10 days. We don't offer refund. In your case, you did not take picture of the chip to provide to us but you go some where else and get it done. We're sorry but there's nothing we could do for you. I did Manicure and Pedi and I always have great results... Ten did my service and he was great, he gives great feet and hand massage...I've been going there for more than 5 years, everyone there is very friendly, very professional, and clean... You will not be disappointed...
