The sounds of Nashville fill this country-themed bar in Panama City. The original Tootsies opened up in Nashville, Tennessee in 1960 when Hattie "Tootsie" Louis Tatum opened up shop and began slinging drinks. Since then, the franchise has moved to more tropical climates - the Panama City store opened its doors in 2008 to the excitement of country music lovers everywhere. Today, visitors to Tootsies can drink cold beers and stomp their boots to some good ol' country music all night long.

I prefer Classic Country Music......not the head banging stuff.
Great music and i love that it is kid friendly during the day.
Service was terrible and food just frozen stuff had all you could eat oysters had to wait twenty minutes for each order won't try again

The band was pretty good, acoustics in the building not so good. Apparently the dance floor is not for dancing due to the shoving match that my date and I got into with a couple of girls that were just standing around on the dance floor to watch the band. Management just keeps letting more and more people in whether they have room for them or not. Not my favorite place in Panama City Beach.
Live music, great food, great service, great time!
We typically have so much fun at Tootsies but the way the band that plays late night has solicited money the past couple of times is RIDICULOUS and makes it not nearly as fun. Soliciting money during every song is a bit much. I hope you can rectify this situation so that Tootsies can be a fun place again.
Not the talent that Nashville has and not real good beer.
Wish the menu had more choices ! But the food was good! The music was awesome!
