The sounds of Nashville fill this country-themed bar in Panama City. The original Tootsies opened up in Nashville, Tennessee in 1960 when Hattie "Tootsie" Louis Tatum opened up shop and began slinging drinks. Since then, the franchise has moved to more tropical climates - the Panama City store opened its doors in 2008 to the excitement of country music lovers everywhere. Today, visitors to Tootsies can drink cold beers and stomp their boots to some good ol' country music all night long.

Where do I start? Went with a group of friends. Wanted to leave, so put my leg over the 3 ft railing to get out. Was going to go back to get a friend and I wasn’t allowed bc I went over the rail. I was “banned”. Had no clue about this unmentioned rule. So I waited, the guy that checks id’s needs a psychological evaluation bc as I’m sitting there waiting, he comes up and squeezes the FULL drink in my hand and it spilled all over me and took it. awesome wait staff! It is weird to have the bands ask you for tips but it get it. Some people are cheap!
