Horrible customer service don't ever rent from here worker are rude and disrespectful and has no knowledge of the equipment they rent out.
Rent a trencher machine for 4 hours.I only used it for a period of max of two hours loaded it on my trailer sent it back with a family member Employee complaint dirt on the tires and machine wouldn't go forward,end up going to the store and look at the machine and find a bolt was tight with fingers and got loose with the vibration,so be aware I would probably be end up paid in big bucks for this matter.Firts time renting a machine and last.
