This place really sucks, stay away from this store, they'll steal your money, I rented a 24" trencher, that thing couldn't dig at all, I took it back, show them a video, they didn't care about what I had to say, the manager was rude, she didn't even offer a discount or anything, they charged me full price

Rented a wood chipper (probably the same one as the other post here) and the clutch assembly burst into flames after 10 minutes. the chipper never engaged. I was able to get my money back as we promptly returned the unit. The staff and manager were accomodating but I learned the equipment is actually owned and serviced by another company. As a HD stockholder, this unit needs to be taken out of service. As for renting equipment, be sure to validate that everything works prior to leaving the store and record the engine hours. ... read more

Rented a wood chipper, would not work. Tried to return it they refused to give a refund. Found the repairman in the parking lot luckily who urged then to at least extend my rental so he tried to fix it. Wouldn't hold rpm, kept dying he came out and it never worked properly, manager told me I could call Atlanta he didn't care! He refused even a partial refund, yet they downed the machine when I brought it back. Terrible treatment, terrible customer service. These reviews are not a lie it's terrible!

Rented a pole saw, got it home chain was locked up. Week later rented another, couldn't keep it running. End of story, went to Flanagans and bought my own.
