I had a appointment at 1 came 30 mins early nd its 1:40 now still waiting !! I dont know when will i be done !! I would have never came to this palce if doctor haded reffered !!

it should have been no stars for this facility. I need to add stars in order to save my comment. Horrible receptionist, not friendly at all. I have to wait 3 hours for my appt... wasting my time. They told me 1 1/2 wait but it's been 3 hours... still here, waiting.

They are really really really horrible. If you have 3 hours to waste then go and use their services and be my guest. However if you're looking for an Imaging service that respect your time go somewhere else. Last week I had a 4:30 p.m. appointment and I was not seen until 7:30 p.m. . I did not leave that Forest Hills location until 8 p.m. . Unfortunately this was not the first time I've experienced such a lack of respect or consideration for my time or anyone else's time that was sitting in that office. This place has some of the most incompetent, officious, uncooperative front office staff; that I have ever encountered. They push redundant paperwork at you, with any objection met with the refrain "it's policy". Translated it means; I'm too lazy and or incompetent to get off my a$$ and look it up. Another pet peeve; they refuse to give out a copy of the MRI on CD.

This MRI facility does not have a locker room to protect patients' personal belongings from being demagnetized. My father went to Empire Imaging to receive an MRI exam and was told to put my things, including his wallet, in the corner of the room with the MRI machine. When he asked the technician whether this was safe for the credit cards and metrocard, he was told that it was fine. I don't have any word to say. Front desk lazy and rude. Tech are lazy. At least 3 hrs to wait . Bad management .
